About the author

Mark Luterman is President of CR3 American Exteriors, a company formed to enable small-to-midsize contractors to capitalize on a proven franchise model that really works, while establishing a powerful national brand that will make companies in our industry household names.

Prior to CR3, Mark was CEO of Primax Ventures, LLC, a company devoted to helping business owners around the country prosper and achieve their desired goals. He has been a national speaker, author, motivator, teacher, and coach. He steadfastly believes anyone, with the right techniques and mindset, can create unlimited success. Mark has been hailed as the true “Business Secret Weapon” by business owners, partners, and associations nationwide.

Mark had a career as a financial advisor/CPA in Public Accounting for 11 years before entering private industry in 1996 to become a part owner of a consumer cleaning products manufacturer. Over the next 10 years, the company became a nationally known brand name and one of the leaders in their industry. In October of 2005, the company was sold.

Subsequent to the sale of the company, Mark co-founded a regional sports media and publishing company that publishes a monthly sports newspaper, has a weekend television program, and an interactive website supplying up-to-date information on professional, college and high school sports.

For three years, Mark hosted and produced a weekly radio show heard on CBS radio called The Small Business Secret Weapon Hour, a show packed with tips and strategies for success minded business owners. He has been a guest on television and other radio shows and a contributor to various business and newspaper publications.
